The main objective of Jeonju District Court is “to erect a house of equality and justice on a widely open and high place", to express the philosophy of Freedom, equality, and justice which the court should pursue, to suggest a new image of the public office building open to public, and to deliver regional characteristics of Jeonju city. We suggest a "Cultural Court", embracing the dignity of court in its symbolic center; an "Open Court", providing a transparent platform, communicating with surroundings; a "Safe Court", securing separate circulation and zoning; and finally a "Traditional Court", enhancing beauty and wisdom of Korean cultures.
